Adele D. Haimovic, MD, is a double board-certified Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon with advanced fellowship training in Mohs Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Laser Surgery. With offices in New York City and New Jersey, Dr. Haimovic tailors her approach for each patient providing them with meticulous care and effective treatment plans. Dr. Haimovic's medical expertise and dedication to innovative surgical and cosmetic technology provide patients with access to the highest standard of care. Additionally, her advanced training in Mohs/reconstructive surgery affords Dr. Haimovic an intimate understanding of facial anatomy, allowing her patients to attain natural cosmetic results.
Dr. Haimovic graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree at the New York University School of Medicine. She then completed her Internship and Dermatology Residency at New York University Langone Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Haimovic received additional training at the prestigious SkinCare Physicians in Boston, Massachusetts, where she completed an American College of Mohs Surgery fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and an American Society for Dermatologic Surgery fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology.

Dr. Haimovic has experience as a clinical research trial investigator and was involved in research at the forefront of dermatology. She has co-authored numerous book chapters and scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals on cosmetic procedures, dermatologic surgery, and general dermatology.
In 2022 Dr. Haimovic was awarded one of America's Best Cosmetic Dermatologists by Newsweek magazine. She is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at New York University Langone Medical Center, where she teaches future Dermatologists. In addition, as an active member of the Skin Cancer Foundation, she dedicates her time to educating the public about skin cancer prevention and early detection. Dr. Haimovic is also a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
